SHIPPING

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level. 

Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered: 

1. Warehouse processing time: 1-3 business days. The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking of Product Quality.

2. Shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on your shipping methods, location , local custom, weather and so on.

SHIPPING METHODS

Unites States / Canada / United Kingdom / Germany

  • Expedited Shipping: Normally 8-12 workdays
  • Standard Shipping: Normally 15-25 workdays
  • Rural & remote areas may take an additional 3 days.

Rest of the Euro / Australia

  • Expedited Shipping: Normally 10-15 workdays
  • Standard Shipping: Normally 20-25 workdays
  • Rural & remote areas may take an additional 3 days.

Rest of the World

  • Expedited Shipping: Normally 10-15 workdays
  • Standard Shipping: Normally 25-30 workdays
  • Rural & remote areas may take an additional 3 days.

RETURNS / REFUNDS PROCESS

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. (according to the logistic information).

Step 1: Submit a [return request].  Please send an email to support@dareugaming.com, provide us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason. and we will write back to you as soon as possible. 

Step 2:  Place the item(s) in the original packing. Please make sure the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.

Step 3:  Drop off your package at your carrier. Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.

Step 4: We receive your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service at support@dareugaming.com to get the return address.
