RETURN & REFUND

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

RETURNS / REFUNDS CONDITIONS

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. (according to the logistic information).

To be eligible for a return, your item must must meet all the following conditions:

  • Items returned must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • If due to logistic problems (the goods received are damaged or not correct) and quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective items. We  will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Notice:

  • Please check the items whether they are damaged or with the wrong color before you open them.
  • Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
  • Replace, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/wantwhen the product is correct or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes. 
  • Please do not throw the items and packages before your problem is solved. 

RETURNS / REFUNDS PROCESS

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. (according to the logistic information).

Step 1: Submit a [return request].  Please send an email to support@dareugaming.com, provide us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason. and we will write back to you as soon as possible. 

Step 2:  Place the item(s) in the original packing. Please make sure the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.

Step 3:  Drop off your package at your carrier. Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.

Step 4: We receive your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dareugaming.com  .
